- We currently deliver within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery region as follows:
- West Malaysia: RM6.50 per order
- East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): RM18 per order
- Singapore: RM30 per order for purchases up to RM800
*Additional charges may apply for orders exceeding RM800 or for special delivery requirements.
- Free shipping promotions, if available, will be stated on our Website and subject to specific terms.
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [3] working days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery times after order dispatch are:

- Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided.
- If unsuccessful, they may contact you for re-delivery arrangements or instructions for self-collection.
- Additional charges may apply for multiple failed delivery attempts.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. BIO UP Malaysia is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by customers.
- Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your parcel upon receipt.

- We may request photos of the damaged items or packaging for investigation.
- Change of Delivery Address
